The retail park was acquired by LCP in March 2025. M Park Radom II is located at the intersection of Wandy Malczewska Street and Przytycka Street, in the north-western part of the city.
It is the second M Park in the city. The first M Park is located in a different part of the city, at Stanisława Żółkiewskiego Street. It has been successfully operating for years, offering fully leased over 19,000 sq m of GLA with 20 tenants.
The tenants of M Park Radom II include: Stokrotka, Pepco, Dealz, TEDi, Rossmann and the Kakadu pet store. A parking lot with 70 spaces is available for visitors to the retail park. In the context of activities in the broadly understood ESG, electric chargers are available in the retail park's parking lot, and LCP will soon be seeking to obtain BREEAM certification for this property at a level of at least Very Good.
