The project in Mrągowo was created as part of the LCP Group's long-term strategy, which includes introducing high-quality retail parks under the M Park brand to the market.
M Park Mrągowo was built at 17 Olsztyńska Street, right next to the existing DIY Bricomarche, Orlen gas station, and McDonald's restaurant. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious parking lot with as many as 380 parking spaces has been made available. Electric car chargers will be installed in the parking lot. Importantly, in the context of broadly understood ESG activities, in addition to chargers, there is also a plan to obtain BREEAM certification for this property at the Very Good level.
M Park Mrągowo is the largest retail facility, not only in the LCP portfolio but also in the region, offering a wide range of services and products that are comprehensively tailored to the shopping needs of the local community.
