Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Properties, part of the international real estate investment collective M Core, and one of the leading investors and developers in Poland's retail park market officially opened its largest retail park in Poland—M Park Mrągowo. This marks the ninth M Park in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The project was acquired during its development stage from Green Hills Investment, which, under the agreement, was responsible for both the construction and commercialization of the property. M Park Mrągowo spans over 15,000 sqm of GLA and houses 26 retail units, all of which are fully leased, providing customers with a diverse and attractive shopping and service offering.
M Park Mrągowo is situated at Olsztyńska 17, adjacent to an existing Bricomarché DIY store, an Orlen gas station, and a McDonald's restaurant. For visitors’ convenience, the site features a spacious parking lot with 380 spaces, and electric vehicle charging stations will be installed. As part of LCP’s ESG initiatives, in addition to EV chargers, the company aims to obtain BREEAM Very Good certification for this property.
M Park Mrągowo is not only the largest retail asset in LCP’s Polish portfolio but also the biggest shopping destination in the region. It offers a comprehensive selection of stores and services tailored to the local community’s needs, solidifying its position as a key commercial hub. Among the 26 tenants, notable brands include: Half Price (1,300 sqm), Sinsay (1,063 sqm), Woolworth (950 sqm), Tedi (850 sqm), Xtreme Fitness (635 sqm), Media Expert (650 sqm), Martes Sport (800 sqm), Smyk (325 sqm) as well as KFC (259 sqm)
"The opening of M Park Mrągowo, the largest retail property in LCP Properties’ Polish portfolio, underscores our strategic commitment to developing modern retail parks in this key market. This investment strengthens our position as one of the leading investors and developers in Poland. The country remains a top priority for our company, and M Park Mrągowo plays a crucial role in our long-term expansion strategy," said James Fife, CEO, LCP Properties. "We are confident that the project’s scale and diverse offering will quickly establish it as the top shopping destination in the region.", he added.
Following the opening of M Park Zwoleń, Mrągowo marks LCP’s second retail park launch this year. At least six more openings are planned in the coming months, including among others locations in Brzeziny, Ropczyce, Szubin, and Bogatynia.
